How do I send my photos or company logo?

Once you create an account, you'll have the chance to upload and preview your photo or logo in the "Postcard Profile" section of your account. In order to get great clarity on your photos, be sure that your photo is 300 dpi and in .JPG format and NOT a web photo. (Remember, you want to look your best.) Can I proof my postcards before they go to print?

Most certainly. After you purchase your postcards, we'll email you a proof in less than 48 business hours. Once you ok it, we'll have our team mail or ship your postcards in no time.

 

Can I see a sample of one of the Insider Reports?

Can I add a little something extra to my postcard design?

Yes. Many clients sometimes ask for signatures to be added to their postcards. All is needed is that you fax your signature and pay a one time fee of $35.00 for preparation. To add a signature or request any other modifications please call one of our representatives at: 510.581.8830

Is it possible to order less than 100 postcards?

It's a proven fact that small quantities of postcards don't perform well due to their weak number. Most Top Producers will easily tell you 500 is a good minimum. We allow 250 as our minimum. As professional real estate marketers, we know the correct minimum it takes to launch a successful real estate postcard farming campaign.

 

Can I order by phone?

Sure. Just have your postcard in mind and your credit card information ready. We'll then give you an email address to send your photo and/or logo (or, if you prefer, you can mail them). Just give us a call and we'll take care of the rest!

 

How does payment and billing work?

Payments are made before the start of every postcard project and can be paid via major credit card, Pay Pal, or money order. Money Orders can be sent to our mailing address located on our (About Us) page.

If you order one of our monthly mailing packages we'll bill you before the start of each mailing or shipment via email. Conveniently pay online or by phone and we'll get your next order of postcards out and on there way.

 

What's the turnaround time on my order?

In less than 48 business hours after your purchase, our team will go to work fashioning your photos and postcard to look it's best. Next, we'll email you a proof of your postcard. Once you ok it, we'll have our team immediately mail out your postcards or ship them out in less than 48 business hours (most times it's just one day.)

 

How can I view both sides of the postcard I'm considering?

On every product order page, on top of the "small postcard sample", reads, "Show Postcard Details". When clicked, it will display a larger version of your postcard along with front and back.

How do I get a mailing list?

It's easy, just visit our (Getting a Mailing List) page for all the info on obtaining and submitting your own mailing list or using our CASS certified "Address Mailing Point System".

 

What's the difference between First class and Standard mail?

First Class Mail is generally delivered in 1-5 days. Standard Mail can delivery 5-10 days, though it's often delivered as early as 3-6 days. Additionally, First Class delivery is consistent throughout the year while standard rate can take longer at peak mailing periods such as the holidays. All postcard mailings are facilitated via the United States Postal Service (USPS).

 

Can you ship my postcard to me?

Absolutely. Just select your postcard delivery option on the order page. Shipping cost is calculated once you proceed through the checkout process.

 

How much do your postcards cost to mail?

Our pricing is one of the best around and includes the cost of printing and postage. We also provide pricing for stand alone printing. Just visit our (Pricing) page and scroll to the bottom.

 

How will I know if my postcards were mailed?

No worries, just include your address within any mailing list or request that you be included in the mailing by leaving a "special comment" on the order page and we'll use the address you provided in your personal profile.

 

With a Lead Producer Package, what day do my monthly mailings go out?

The day you order is the same day of every month your campaign is mailed. So, if you ordered on Oct. 12th, your next mailing would go out Nov. 12th and so on.

What kind of paper stock do you print on?

All postcards are 100% quality gloss stock for maximum visibility and printed on 13pt stock for durability and easy handling. "Gloss" is thin layer of transparent film that prospects and minimizes ink smearing and allows color to appear more vibrate.

 

Are both sides of the postcard printed in color?

All of our real estate postcards are printed two-sided and full color. We never bother with ineffective postcard presentation like matte or black and white printing.

When can I use a head shot or body shot on my postcard?

Head shots can be used on all postcards, however, body shots can only be used on postcards that feature body shots in their example. (If you should purchase a Lead Producer Package and select a body shot as your photo of use, we'll use your body shot where applicable and use only the upper region of the same photo to serve as your head shot for all other postcards in the package.)
